Frienemy

The Urban Dictionary says a frienemy is a toxic person who poses as a friend but would cut your throat if given the chance. Too bad they don't have it tattoo'd on their forehead so you know who they are! I hate it when you know there's a rotten apple but you just can't find it to throw it out, and I'm not talking about fruit.
